Dail is Chief Strategist, ESG Investments, Amalgamated Bank focused on sustainable investments – climate change, gender and racial equity. An experienced Board Director, with comprehensive expertise in Asset/Wealth Management, Fintech, and ESG & DEI Advisory, she is an SEC-Qualified Financial Expert.

Leading SEC and FINRA audits, Dail St. Claire managed early-stage – middle market businesses with P&L responsibilities and served on private equity/venture capital-backed portfolio company boards. With a track record of growing businesses in highly regulated industries, in 2001, she co-founded Williams Capital, now Siebert, Williams & Shank, the largest women- and minority-owned broker-dealer investment bank in the United States.
Upon forming a management consulting firm in 2015, she advised the Founders of PKS, a $200Bn AUA, RIA, 1700 financial advisors, and their sale with Monroe Capital Partners, a leading private credit firm. She designed the new firm’s sustainability framework including educating advisors on ESG and portfolio integration, and regularly advises entrepreneurs and businesses on finance options and how to be climate change agents and sustainability leaders.
Known for driving thought leadership on sustainability business frameworks and policies, Dail St. Claire helped design a global digital assets banking platform in Puerto Rico and a carbon credit trading platform.
Committed to community service, health and wellness, Dail St. Claire is a certified running coach and assists challenged athletes through the Achilles Foundation. She is also a co-founding member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society.
Dail holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego, and a MA in Public Policy with a concentration in Business from the University of Chicago.
