Leanne is a responsible investment expert with 14 years’ experience, and 25 years working in sustainable development more broadly. 

As Head of Responsible Investment, her role is to assist the investment team in integrating environmental, social, governance and stewardship considerations into our investment process. 

In any discussion, Leanne brings to life the impact that such policies have on savers’ pension funds, notably with respect to addressing industry challenges to effective stewardship.
