It’s not too much a spoiler alert to announce we will be hearing from FCA CEO Sir Jon Thompson at the European event for Responsible Asset Owners on Oct 5th so the announcement of the regulators ESG & Sustainable Investment Principles is timely, to say the least. Perhaps Sir Jon will go further in talking about enforcement and penalties for failure to follow these principles in Oct? Definitely an important one to watch though eh?
