Senior Engagement Specialis
Peter is a Senior Engagement Specialist for Robeco’s Active Ownership department and leads the engagement program within the team. Based on his experience engaging over 200 global listed companies in consumer staples, healthcare and chemicals he is an expert in circular economy and how companies can contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. He works with Robeco’s investment teams to advance ESG integration in the investment processes.
Peter is member of the Advisory Committee of the Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI) working groups on Labour Standards in the Agricultural Supply, Sustainable Palm Oil and Deforestation. He also represents Robeco in various working groups of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. He started working in sustainability in 2007 and is focused on sustainable investing since joining Robeco in 2011. Peter holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
