Tony oversees WaterEquity’s water and sanitation infrastructure investment portfolio in emerging markets, with a focus on infrastructure investment, project development, and climate finance.
Prior to joining WaterEquity, Tony was Director of the Green Climate Fund’s Private Sector Facility, leading its global investment program. He has held several senior roles in private equity and infrastructure finance, including with CVC Capital Partners, and Thames Water where he raised financing for major projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Tony also spent 10 years with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where he advised on a number of major privatizations within the energy, transportation, and water sectors.
Tony’s sector experience includes renewable energy, utilities, food and agriculture, transportation, telecommunications, water and SME development, in partnership with project developers, national and sub-national governments, MDBs, institutional investors and private fund managers.
