Dawn is a senior consultant to The Wisdom Council, leading their work on investor and product governance – challenging the industry to ‘think customer’ in the design, delivery and marketing of investment and long-term savings products and services.
With over 30 years’ experience in the asset management industry – as a senior practitioner and consultant – Dawn has hands-on experience of the commercial and regulatory challenges facing the industry as well as deep investment industry expertise.
Dawn brings all of this to bear whether driving B2B research projects with professional investors, representing the customer voice on industry working groups, leading TWC’s work with the Investment Association or talking to the people that matter – the industry’s customers.
Dawn is also a fund board iNED and sits on the FCA’s Disclosures and Labelling Advisory Group.
