Gary is a pensions and investment professional with over 35 years’
experience. Over that time, he has held various senior leadership roles
across the provider, investment management and consultancy sectors -
including WTW, Schroders, BlackRock and Atlas Master Trust.
He has worked with, and advised, some of the UK’s largest pension
schemes as well as set up and ran a leading DC master trust.
Gary currently has a portfolio of non-executive, trustee and advisory
roles, including being an independent Trustee, and Chair of the
Investment Committee, at now: pensions with responsibility for
around 3m members and £8bn AUM.
Gary is well known in the pensions and investment market and,
in recognition of his achievements, he was voted “European Pensions
Personality of the Year” in 2010 and “Top 5 Investment and
Benefits Consultant” by PlanSponsor Europe in 2011.
