Marian is a Non-executive Director of USS Limited and Chair of their Pensions Committee. She is also the Chief Sustainability Officer at M&G. Prior to joining M&G, she was Global Head of Risk & Sustainability at GFG Alliance, a global metal manufacturer and, before that, was a managing director at Redington.
Marian has over 20 years’ experience in sustainability, risk management, and investment consulting. She is a Fellow of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries and has served two terms on their governing council, as well as sitting on their management and sustainability boards. She also holds a certificate in Sustainability and Climate Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
