Siddarth is a Director on the Investment Team and joined Just Climate in 2021, initially part-time during his graduate studies in the US and then full-time in London.
Siddarth started his career at McKinsey & Company in London, where he designed and implemented decarbonisation strategies for corporates, investors and governments. He was on the founding team of McKinsey's environmental incubator, McKinsey.org, and led the Rethinking Recycling programme in Indonesia before a stint as a foreign correspondent for the Financial Times in Hong Kong. He helped co-found Working Trees, a natural carbon removal startup, and has consulted for the World Bank. He is the author of The Case for Nature.
Siddarth received a first-class degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
