Local Pensions Partnership Investments (LPPI)
Frances leads LPPI’s Responsible Investment Team, overseeing arrangements for stewardship and responsible investment (RI) on behalf of LPPI and partner funds. Her role incorporates subject matter expertise, guidance, advice, and assurance.
Frances has oversight of the policies and procedures supporting LPPI’s commitment to sustainable stewardship aligned with best practice under the UK Stewardship Code and the Principles for Responsible Investment.
Frances joined LPP in 2016 with 16 years’ prior experience in public sector financial management for Lancashire County Council via roles in accountancy, partnerships, exchequer, and Local Government Pension Scheme.
Frances is a graduate of Lancaster University (BA (Hons), M.Phil.) and a qualified Chartered Public Finance Accountant.
