Sheila has almost 20 years of experience in responsible investment, stewardship, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factor analysis.
She currently leads stewardship activities at LGPS Central, engaging with companies and policymakers on ESG issues.
Additionally, she oversees the ESG approach for the private market and serves on the IGCN's Global Policy Committee. Previously, Sheila worked as the Responsible Investment Manager at TPT Retirement Solutions, where she concentrated on stewardship, ESG integration, and ESG reporting. During her time there, she authored TPT's first Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report and the Climate Action Plan.
Before that role, she was a Senior Stewardship Analyst at the Church Commissioners for England and the Church of England Pension Board.
