Ulrik is the CIO of the Environmental Strategies Group at BNPP AM investing in environmental solutions companies globally across listed clean energy solutions and environmental infrastructure.
Ulrik started his career at Goldman Sachs in 2001 with a focus on energy, power and related infrastructure within the Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Group and later co-led the Goldman Sachs Thematic Investment Group until he left the firm in 2013.
He co-founded asset management specialist energy boutique North Shore Partners in 2013 with operations in London and China which was sold in 2017.
Ulrik subsequently co-founded Sustainable Solutions focused on investing in clean energy solutions and infrastructure across various investment strategies which became the foundation for the specialised environmental solutions focussed investment group within BNPP AM today, focused on publicly listed and other strategic investments.
He holds an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen.
