Dan is an Investment Manager within the Sustainable Investments division of California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS).
In this role, he is responsible for leading ESG and Sustainability integration in investment decision-making and portfolio oversight, and helping decarbonize CalPERS’ global private market portfolio.
Before joining CalPERS, Dan spent over six years at Brookfield Asset Management where he established and headed the Sustainability function for the Private Equity Group.
Dan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo.
