His unique expertise in retirement plan consulting advising defined benefit, defined contribution, and other employee benefit plans gives him enormous insight into the challenges facing these leaders.
He has been responsible for investment policy, asset allocation, manager due diligence, investment fee analysis, plan design, and fiduciary education and governance consulting.
He has expertise in providing ESG advice guiding clients on how to connect their values to investment portfolios, developing strong ESG policies alongside customized investment solutions to meet client needs.
With prior experience consulting to clients at two boutique consulting firms – one focused on non-profits and the other on corporate retirement – Paul brings a well-rounded perspective on institutional decision- making and risk management.
Beyond consulting, Paul is actively involved in education and community service, and this broader engagement informs his approach to long-term planning and sustainability.
