Griffin is a Vice President in Malk Partners’ Private Equity division. Griffin has spent six years at Malk Partners supporting PE clients with ESG investment due diligence, portfolio monitoring, value creation, and firm-level strategy.
Today, Griffin is the primary ESG advisor to dozens of GP investors representing nearly $100B in AUM and supports them in developing and executing right-sized ESG programs that prioritize the effective growth and stewardship of their investors’ capital. This includes working directly with portfolio companies to leverage ESG as a driver of financial performance. Through these experiences, Griffin has become an effective and outspoken advocate for the natural alignment between ESG’s focus on “sustainability” and investment activities that seek to capture value in the future.
